Aurora Rosemary Olive Oil

This oil was milled in November 2021 and has a "best by" date of November 2023.

AURORA is a 100% rosemary olive oil lovingly blended with rosemary and early-harvest Arbosana olives grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast. Brightland olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor.

Tasting Notes: Woodsy, aromatic, peppery, evergreen

AURORA’s label was created in collaboration with Shawna X, the creative and artistic practice of New York based creative, Shawna Xiayun Huang, known for her vibrant and graphical image-making. Shawna enjoys projects about cultural identity, the creative process, and motherhood.

• Packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.

• Nut Allergies: To Brightland's knowledge, their partner farms’ facilities is a nut-free facility, as they only harvest olives, but the facility is not officially certified as nut-free.
• Brightland Infused Oils - the flavors do not have any known allergens as ingredients, but they are produced in a facility where dairy, tree nuts, and eggs are present
